Online Art Courses and Support for the Emerging Art Curriculum

We offer multiple avenues for foundational art curriculum and instruction at the Middle and High School levels for both classroom and homeschool environments.

We Offer the Following:

  • The Emerging Art textbooks for students and teachers are consistent with National Core Art Standards for Visual Art Instruction.

  • An Emerging Art: Level 1 online art program for a full year of creative art instruction. Designed for comprehensive visual art study for the homeschooler in grades 7-12.

  • Art teacher classroom support based on the Emerging Art textbook consisting of: a Digital Emerging Art Teacher Textbook, Chapter PowerPoints, a Full Year of Weekly Video Lessons with Exercises, Projects and Art Appreciation Videos. Plus, Worksheets, Tests and Self-Evaluations.

Art Textbooks

The "Emerging Art" Student and Teacher Textbooks give Visual Art instruction intended for grades 7-12. The National Core Art Standards are addressed through 12 chapters, teaching the Elements of Art and Principles of Design. Includes 108 exercises, 12 famous artists' studies, and art appreciation. Student Edition has 200 pages in full color. Teacher Edition's 300 pages include an additional 86 worksheets, tests, and evaluation forms.

Homeschool Art

Emerging Art: Level 1 Online Course

Online weekly video art lessons for the homeschooler, including all the content of the classroom approach. Emerging Art: Level 1, Semester 1 teaches drawing in pencil and charcoal and studies eight famous artists. Semester 2 explores color theory through watercolor and colored pencil. Includes wire sculpture, pointillism, and composition.

Support for the Emerging Art Curriculum

Classroom-based art curriculum structured for public/private school requirements. Our Online Teacher Bundle comes filled with engaging classroom resources that support our Emerging Art curriculum.
